Contributor rights agreements
Every contributor signs an agreement covering how their recordings and work will be used and licensed, before any capture begins. Contributors are paid for their work.
Human data is only valuable if it was collected the right way. These are the practices built into every Suralto program.

When capture happens on a job site or private property, we obtain permission from the site or property owner. Consent is recorded alongside the data.
Faces, bystanders, and personally identifiable information are blurred or redacted before data reaches labeling or delivery.
Datasets are delivered with access controls to private destinations — your S3/GCS bucket or a private Hugging Face repository.
Each record carries consent and privacy metadata so your team can audit where data came from.
We don’t publish fake logos, stats, or certifications. Ask us anything about our process — we’ll answer in writing.
We can share our contributor agreement template, consent workflow, and data-handling details under NDA.
